Warren Dunes continues...

After our swim in Lake Michigan, we headed to St.Joe River. The guys went fishing, while the ladies stayed behind with the food and the kids.

Some pictures that I took during our picnic at the dunes... although the heat was unbearable, the wind gust was overwhelming, we all still enjoyed ourselves. It was so hard for us to eat since the wind keeps adding extra sand in our food, our drinks keep spilling over, but all was fun. Next time I would bring duct tape to hold our food down while we eat. :)

This photo was taken during Alesya's first birthday together with Bob & Azahah farewell party at Main Street Imports. It's amazing to me to watch them have endless fun with little rocks (I rather call them pebbles), a few ants and bugs and a puddle in the middle of the driveway...

Fall in the Summer?

On my way to work a few weeks ago, I have noticed that the leaves on the trees were changing colors. I thought that maybe it's because we haven't had any rain lately but when I look closely as I drove by, the leaves are actually changing colors. And today as I look around Kalamazoo, it seems to be more obvious. Is summer really over?
